A flexible smartphone holder to go on a (motor-)bike handlebar. It is designed to hold the phone tight, but also dampen shocks so it can be used on MTB-Trails. (My old commercial holder broke) So far, it works very well. Additional required items: 1x M5x25 bolt (counteunk head for best fit) temporary solution - see text at the end 1x M5 nut 2x M4x10 bolt (counteunk head) 2x M4 nut 1x piece of old bike tube to go between the clamp and the bar Includes the following sizes: bar clamps for 32, 26 and 22mm bar diameter Flexible bits for 6", 5" and 4" phones Fusion 360 source included, as always. Post your makes ;) DON'T SKIP THE PRINT ITRUCTIO: THE GREEN BIT MUST BE PRINTED OF FLEXIBLE TPU THE ORANGE CLAMP MUST BE PRINTED OF PETG - PLA is too brittle and would just snap The clamp must be printed in horizontal orientation, as shown on the slicer picture. Otherwise it will snap This is a work in progress: I wanted to design a nice thumb screw knob to go over a M5 hex head bolt so no screwdriver is needed to mount and adjust this thing on a bike. Unfortunately I did not have a M5 hex laying around and all stores are closed because of covid-19 pandemic. As soon as I can get a M5 hex bolt, I will create a thumb screw knob for this so stay tuned
