本次作品屬於機械類零件，是一個非常簡易版的齒輪箱，運用SolidWorks數(shù)學(xué)關(guān)係式建立成參數(shù)檔案， 因此齒輪是由更改參數(shù)建立出來的，但只是近似畫法並非真正齒輪漸開線畫法。 使用了簡單的齒速比裝配後，搭配出可以變速的齒輪箱，只要齒輪參數(shù)正確的話用來簡易傳動是沒有問題的， 為了讓輸入轉(zhuǎn)速可以更高看出差異性，預(yù)設(shè)了可以安裝電動起子來當(dāng)作輸入軸轉(zhuǎn)速。 最後裝配的時候有些設(shè)計上的不良，透過小修改讓它可以順利地達(dá)到傳動功能，這部分就是DIY常會上到的問題， 因此發(fā)生問題時不用擔(dān)心，只要處理問題就可以了，在這過程中就會從中了解零件設(shè)計的原理。 零件用量表: -gearbox x1 -axis x1 -axis-bracket x1 -axis-in x1 -axis-out x1 -frame-move x1 -handle x1 -wheel x1 -gear-10T x3 -gear-10T-1 x1 -gear-20T x2 -gear-30T x4 -ring-5 x1 -ring-7 x1 -ring-15 x1 -ring-18 x1 -ring-20 x1 -ring-30 x2 -M3x0.5x5L x2 -M3x0.5x10L x2 -2.3x6L x18 -3.5x10L x1 This work is a mechanical part. It is a very simple veion of the gearbox. It uses SolidWorks mathematical relatio to create a parameter file. Therefore, the gear is established by changing the paramete, but the approximate drawing is not the real gear involute drawing. After using a simple gear ratio assembly, a gearbox with variable speed can be matched. As long as the gear paramete are correct, there is no problem in simple tramission. In order to make the input speed more visible, the electric screwdriver can be italled as the input shaft speed. During the final assembly, there were some bad desig. Through small modificatio, it can smoothly achieve the tramission function. This part is a problem often encountered in DIY. So do n’t worry when a problem occu, just deal with it, and you will undetand the principle of part design in the process.
