I liked the design and made it a 3D printable object. You can change the diameter, but you should keep the thickness at least at 2-3 mm.
Printed in black are two 1 mm holes for nails, regular picture frame nails work great. If you make it smaller, you will have to drill new holes, but that should be easy with 10% infill.
